Texas Pattern Jury Charges—Family is written by a committee of volunteer attorneys and judges with expertise in family law cases. The committee meets regularly to revise the pattern jury charges to reflect current changes in the law.

A new edition of Texas Pattern Jury Charges—Family is scheduled for release in the spring of 2010. But we’d like to give Texas practitioners a chance to preview the changes the committee plans to make to the charges and give us your comments.

The committee strives for objective, well-drafted charges and commentary that accurately reflect Texas law. To that end, the committee would appreciate your comments on how these drafts could be improved. Use the comments section below to give us your feedback.
