The Supreme Court of Texas has posted revised proposed amendments to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct on its website (Click here and scroll down for April 2010 revisions and related documents). The State Bar expects to conduct a referendum of its members this fall on these proposed changes.
