Special Instruction 76 of the Texas Probate System, 3rd rev. ed., has been updated to reflect amendments made to the Texas Family Code by the 81st Legislature. This update will bring your copy of the System up to date (assuming your copy already includes the 2007 supplement). There will be no 2009 supplement, but please check back for subsequent downloadable updates.
