The updated version includes links that allow you to preview supplementary materials cited in the manual.

The Vital Statistics Unit of the Texas Department of State Health Services issued a revised form VS-160 (Certificate of Adoption) in May, shortly after the third edition of the Texas Family Law Practice Manual went into production. Please substitute this form for the version that appears as form 53-28 in the manual. The second page of the form contains instructions for use and information about required fees.
