Collections-Update

An updated version of the Texas Collections Manual 2015 digital product is available for download.

The updated version includes a corrected form 26-19, “Motion to Compel Respondent to Give Deposition in Aid of Judgment.”

If you downloaded the digital product on or after May 6th, 2015, your copy already includes the corrected form and no further action is necessary.

If you need to download the updated digital product, follow the instructions in the How to Download This Manual pages of your copy of the Texas Collections Manual, 4th Ed., and the corrected form will simply overwrite the old one.
